ok, so 3 new loops. Those were all created with Reason.
Electro arpeggios, acoustic drums and vibes meet a traditional japanese flute (might be Cambodian actually) in the cheesiest track I've ever posted. No, sir, I'm not ashamed. It's entitled Blow That Yellow Flute .
Next is Another Day, Another Pig, which was influenced by my angriness at being bored while I should have been having fun at my friend's like it was supposed to be in the first place. Gritty bass, clinic guitar, acoustic drums and dissonance.
I tired to use some low resolution vintage game sounds in the last one.
Check out my new tracks Weastern which is a full time song featuring great-spacy-western-eastern-kung-fu sounds. The other one is a cheezy electro-jazz loop : Jazz Job.
Actually I've improved my knowledge of Reason features a lot with this loop though it looks quite simple in the end.
THIS is my first attempt at some classic epic soundtrack. I will definitely create others so stay tuned. Of course, if any flash artists need a soundtrack in that spirit is more than welcomed to contact me. Like I said before, a great soundtrack is one that "reacts" to what's going on visually. Without a visual content, the only thing I can hope to do are tracks with a theme or a feeling but it would be much more exciting and inspirational to have some video to relate to.
I'm proud to submit to you on this fine evening this audio treat I hope you will find to your tastes.
I'm getting used to the website more and more each time I happen to have some time to chill out. Maybe one day I'll even understand what those experience points and secret items mean... ;)
I also moved to the USA (I used to live in France) so I'm quite busy at the moment, but hopefully things will settle down.
Keep it magical,
Please check out my audio loops and tell me what you think.
I'll be happy to collaborate on a flash game / movie project because it's hard to create scores without a story or game to relate to. Don't hesitate!
